At MCBS Live, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use the app or maintain an account, you may request to deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time.
When you request account deactivation:
Your login access to the app will be disabled.
Your personal data (e.g., name, email, profile photo) will be marked for deletion.
Any activity history related to your use of the app will be anonymized or deleted, unless legally required to retain.
You can request account deactivation by:

Your account will be scheduled for deletion
Email us at support@maranathaproclaimers.org using the email linked to your MCBS Live account with the subject "Deactivate My Account". We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.
If you change your mind within 14 days of deactivation, you can request reactivation by contacting support. After 14 days, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
We retain minimal data as required by law (e.g., payment history or donation records).
All other user information will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
